Description: Hunter’s second record is pure Americana. With help from some of the best musical talent in Austin, TX, Honky Tonic is all about the songs. Hunter draws inspiration from growing up in Arkansas where he worked as a carpenter before going to college, his love of beer, life and America.

Description: Hunter’s debut record, ‘Bout Time is perfectly articulated by it’s title. With songs written over a span of 40 years, Hunter and Matt collaborated to flesh out songs which were originally just “a guy and his guitar”. Matt grew up listening to his dad play these songs on his Alvarez acoustic guitar. With help from Pat Manske, John Olrech, and Jason Toll, these songs came to life and became big, well-rounded, and absolutely great. Influenced by the greats of Texas country (Jerry Jeff Walker, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Townes Van Zandt) and the experiences Hunter had living across America, his family life, and career, these songs are a perfect representation of Hunter’s love of life, music, and lyricism.
